Lastminute.com now boasts new corporate offices with a bespoke design that caters to the needs of its teams. The online travel and leisure company’s customised office is a private space featuring common areas, meeting rooms, and a large, bright, open-space workspace that can accommodate over 100 people.
What’s more, the flex-office model includes all services in the monthly fee. This means that companies that opt for this model no longer have to worry about managing workspace-related services (e.g. cleaning, maintenance, reception, security, etc.) and can focus only on what really matters—their core business and attracting and retaining talent.
Óscar García Toledo, Founder and CEO of First workplaces believes that “flex office offices are the solution for corporate workspaces”. This view is also shared by Gonzalo Checa, Founding Partner of TTS and Director of Real Estate, who is convinced that this model is taking Europe by storm thanks to its benefits and convenient features for companies: “Flexible working is a reality in the Spanish and Portuguese market. At TTS, we believe that 20% of new business will take place in coworking or flexible spaces”.
Ultimately, this shared experience demonstrates that the flex-office model provides the best solution for optimising office costs and facilitating office management. At the same time, it makes prime locations much more accessible to businesses than under a traditional lease.
