Is there a minimum duration of occupancy?
As a flex office service, we are flexible in accommodating your time requirements.
Do I have unlimited access to my individual office or office space at First workplaces?
You can access your workspace 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our facilities and your office are available to you whenever you need them.
Is there flexibility if I have to work late or at weekends?
There is no problem if you or your teams need to work late or come to the office at weekends. You can access the office any day of the year, at any time of the day or night.
Can I offer my team customised access?
Access is programmed according to your work needs. For example, you can provide work access from 8 am to 6.30 pm from Monday to Friday, if required by your team.
Is there natural light in the office?
Natural light is essential in our spaces, as we believe this is a must for creating a comfortable and welcoming space. Therefore, we always try to maximise natural light in our offices and workspaces.
Can I access other First business centres?
If you need a workspace or meeting room in any other First centre in Spain, please contact our team, who will look for a customised solution for people or teams to use our Shared Office areas throughout our coworking network.
How often is the office cleaned?
Right from our foundation, First has always strived to provide clean, tidy and presentable private spaces. For this reason, our cleaning service operates daily.
Can I expand my workspace if my company grows?
